Welcome to Hatfield Trail Lodging!

Our lodge is a renovated school building which is perfect for ATV lodging. It all began when 2 long time friends and Gilbert residents wanted to do something to keep the school alive. It holds a lot of memories for the people of our little town. Conveniently located 5 minutes from the center of town and 2 minutes from the Rockhouse Trail Gilbert Connector. We have 7 rooms with all queen size beds that can sleep from 4 to 10 people comfortably. Six of the spacious rooms have 3 queen beds and we have 1 that has 2 queen beds. We offer one suite that will sleep 10 and has 5 queen size beds and 2 showers.

Check in time is 3:00pm and Check out time is 11:00am We require a $200.00 nonrefundable deposit to reserve your room. This deposit is deducted from your total balance due. Please call us at 304-601-3328 to make your reservation. Hatfield Trail Lodging is a no pet, non smoking facility.

In June 2021 we will have 8 full hookup RV and camper site hookups for your convenience.

Smoking inside the room will result in a $250.00 cleaning fee.

If you are here for an extended amount of time ( week or longer) we will wash your towels and return them to your room. Daily maid service is not provided.

Please do not use the towels to clean ATV’s, we do supply each room with some cleaning cloths. We offer a little first aid kit for scratches you may receive on the trails also.

Hatfield Trail Lodging has trail permits if you are interested in purchasing. Out of state are $50.00 and In state are $26.50.

Guests with military ID’s can purchase permits for $26.50

All rooms are spacious and equipped with queen size beds, heat and air, city water, kitchenette, fridge, full bathroom, flat screen, Wi-Fi, towels, linens, toilet tissue, 1 roll of paper towels, soap, shower jel,coffee, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, aluminum foil, dishes, cups, silverware, dish cloths, Dawn dish liquid, coffee pot, coffee, microwave, our suite has a crock pot and toaster.

We offer 2 sizes of garbage bags for your use.

Gilbert doesn’t have a laundromat. The nearest one is at Justice, less than 4 miles away. If you stay to the right on route 52, the laundromat is on your right, Stone Creek Laundromat

We have fire pits on site for your pleasure. just a few minutes up the road are two car washes also.
